Directions

Few places can offer the geographic advantages of The Residences at Black Rock. Just minutes from Route 3, Route 128 and Route 95, residents are central to such desirable destinations as Boston, Cape Cod, and Providence.

Transportation options to Boston include: MBTA bus service to the Quincy Commuter Rail Station; Plymouth and Brockton bus service to South Station; commuter boat service to Rowe's Wharf by the MBTA and Massachusetts Bay Lines; boats to the Boston Harbor Islands by Boston Harbor Cruises. In addition, a commuter boat from Quincy to Logan Airport provides a convenient way to avoid the tunnel. By car, The Residences at Black Rock are only 15 miles from downtown Boston.

From the South:

• Take Route 3 North.
• Take Exit #15 towards South Hingham/ South Weymouth.
• Keep Left at the fork in the ramp.
• Turn Left off ramp onto Derby Street.
• Turn Left at 2nd light onto Cushing Street. Follow for ~1.5 miles.
• Veer Left onto Ward Street ("Y" intersection with double arrow & yellow blinking light).
• Black Rock entrance is on the left approximately 1/2 mile.
• Follow the signs to the Sales Center

From the North:

• Take the Route 3 South toward Cape Cod.
• Take Exit # 15 toward South Hingham/South Weymouth.
• Keep Right at the fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto Derby Street.
• Turn Left at 2nd light onto Cushing Street.  Follow for ~1.5 miles.
• Veer Left onto Ward Street ("Y" intersection with double arrow & yellow blinking light).
• Black Rock entrance is on the left approximately 1/2 mile.
• Follow the signs to the Sales Center
