Apartment builder Edmonton — construction for the owner
Blackrock Residential is an apartment builder and general contractor in Edmonton for the owner of the building. The public portfolio already includes a 22-unit apartment (Sunshine) and a 60-unit apartment in Laurel, plus a large apartment restoration (Trimount). The offer is purpose-built construction under contract, not lobby makeovers.
We start after a signed agreement, funding confirmation, and Deposit 1. If a later deposit is late, we stop. Price is direct costs, plus a 10 percent builder fee, 10 percent overhead, and a 20 percent contingency. GST is extra. We do not underwrite the owner's CMHC or construction loan.
