Apartment builder Edmonton — construction for the owner
Blackrock Residential is an apartment builder and Edmonton general contractor for the owner of the building in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. The public portfolio already includes a 22-unit apartment (Sunshine) and a 60-unit apartment in Laurel, plus a large apartment restoration (Trimount). The offer is purpose-built construction under a written contract, not lobby makeovers.
We start after a signed agreement, funding confirmation, and Deposit 1. If a later deposit is late, we stop. The price is the number in the written contract. We do not underwrite the owner's CMHC or construction loan.
