We reply the same business day on business days. A form is not a contract. Crews do not go to site until there is a signed agreement, funding confirmation, and Deposit 1 in our account.
What we need on the first pass
- Who controls the land or the deal.
- Site address and city.
- House, plex, or apartment — and the unit count.
- Drawings, development permit, building permit — or none yet.
- Cash, a named lender, or still exploring.
- Who signs.
- Written contract and first deposit before we mobilize — yes or no.
If those answers are not clean, we will say so before anyone spends estimating hours.
