Light commercial when the book has room
The primary book is homes, multiplexes, and apartments for other owners. Light commercial or staff-accommodation work can take leftover schedule. It uses the same contract, funding confirmation, and deposit rules. It does not crowd a multi-family job.
We do not advertise hospitals, schools, or a commercial tower practice. If you have a small commercial building and you will sign and deposit, ask. If you need us to finance the build, we are not the contractor.
