Blackrock Residential is the Edmonton general contractor and multi-family builder for owners who already control the lot, or are days from it. Gary Fehlauer leads the company. You keep the title. We build the house, 4-plex, multiplex, or apartment under a written stipulated-price contract, with funding confirmed and Deposit 1 cleared before crews start.
We do not buy your land. We do not finance it. We are not a free partner on the lot.
Land, contract, deposit, then we build
Bring land you control or are days from closing. A house, 4-plex through 24-unit wood-frame, or a small apartment. A cash or construction-lender path. Someone who can sign, and a deposit schedule you can meet.
If you want us to buy or joint-venture the lot, or there is no funding path, we are not the right builder. We do not sell spec houses we would own. Other builders looking for crews should not use this page.
What we build on your land
Custom and new homes on your lot. Multi-family from 4-plex through multiplex. Apartment work for the owner of the building. Written stipulated-price contract, funding confirmation, deposits by phase, and stop-work if a deposit is late. The price is the number in the written contract.
